Born the same day but not twins??

A mom gave birth to two baby girls at the same time -- and they're not twins. This real-life riddle played out in England and was just recently published by the Cleveland Clinic. 30-year-old Sophie Small got pregnant in 2020 and doctors told her she was carrying twin girls. But when they were born, one of the babies was much bigger and appeared to be more developed than the other. Doctors ran some tests and determined that they weren't actually twins. They were, in fact, conceived a month apart due to an extremely rare phenomenon called superfetation, where a second pregnancy occurs shortly after the first one. In her case, she got pregnant, and then four weeks later got pregnant again. There have been only 10 confirmed cases of superfetation. Making things even more interesting, the baby that was conceived second was actually born first and is considered to be the older sibling. Sophie and her husband are also parents to a six-year-old boy.
